This is a professional grade dog pen, 10′x10′x6′ high with a latch door. You can buy one new at Tractor Supply Co. for $ 550.

Its in very good shape, with a few rust spots.
What’s even better is that I am also including a custom-built wood deck. It’s built with pressure treated lumber and is built to the same quality as the deck of your home. Constructed of 4x4s at 24in oc, and 5/4 x 6 decking, it is almost $ 200 worth of materials alone. This is perfect for those dogs that like to dig! You can have the wood subframe for free if you want it. (Its what I used to support the structure because my yard is on a slope.
The 4-side of the kennel walls unbolt for easy moving. And the deck is designed to come apart into two sections. However, you would still need a pickup truck to move everything.
What this doesn’t come with is the dog house (you see in the pics); I am keeping that. The kennel comes with an opening so you can attach your own dog house though. Or you could simply cover the opening with chicken wire if you preferred to not use a dog house.
I’d like $ 350 for the setup, kennel + deck. Less than 50% of what it would cost new. I’ll help you load it up, but I don’t have any way of delivering it unfortunately.
