You can access fuel by a 110/220 volt pump (included), or by 12 volt pump (included), already plumbed with inline fuel filters and quick load delivery plumbing for truck/trailer load acceptance from your favorite supplier, plus it is portable, a "Trap Wagon" so it does not need a retaining wall or recovery pit, like it would if it were mounted to the ground. I have used it for clear diesel for the last 6 to 7 years, but I no longer need it, make me an offer I will probably take it.
